    If you have a dremel, then it should match up like a glove. Little careful cutting and and some quality rubber u-channel molding. Might be a bit of an issue that it is on the wrong side though.

    It might help if you link to the one you are considering, but from the ones I have seen the older Hilux has its air intake on the drivers side.
