    Sort of! Trying to get the boat to sit as low as possible on the trailer for shallow launches. I'm using bunk brackets in a way they weren't meant to be used! :rolleyes: New longer tongue, new wiring, new spring hangers, went over the winch today, new bunks, new lights, new safety chains and hooks, plus some new hardware. :facepalm:
    Still need to put a center bunk on, the side guides, and a walkway, then get both trailers up to the lake and switch the boat onto the new trailer and hope I measured everything correct!. :facepalm: :facepalm:

    Yea: Bought the trailer and figured on doing some work to it to make it the way I wanted it, didn't figure on almost a total restoration!!!
    At least the frame and tires are good. :rolleyes:
    Went to the local boat dealer today for two bunk brackets; he had ONE! Need 1/2"x3"x4 5/16" square U bolts---his supplier doesn't even list them! :annoyed: Will pick up the other bracket tomorrow, and just ordered the U bolts on the puter. :goingcrazy:
    Almost there!!!

    I have plenty of fishy fishy pics from last year.
    A straight bunk trailer is the way to go. Much easier to launch and load.
    Almost easier to just buy one then mod one.
