Ah okay. Well I'm talking from a photographers stand point. I doubt TW has good upload conversion and has a lot of data compresion.

 

I know that feeling Monte. With oil in the shitter everyone has been worried. Finally got a call back from the Casper office for Packers and I still have a job to go to this summer so thats a huge relief for me.

 

Yea. But no one want to pay for good audio. Our generation grew up with mp3s and streaming. Aka. Shit audio. No one cares hardly anymore.

 

^Truth, I don't. Not like my hearing is good enough to care. There is always money to be earned though. Getting a degree will at least put you in a alright paying job. Enough to live and save a bit at least. I have no financial goals other than being able to afford a place and put food on my plate. I just want to do cool things haha.

 

My job will be fun. And I like it a lot. So long as I'm stable and can do a trip every now and then ill be happy haha

 

Yea I follow ya. Get with one of the big audio companies and you will be set. Hell I would imagine companys like Beats or Sony still would hire sound engineers to ensure the best sound quality from their speakers.

 

They do for design and acoustic and psychoacoustics. But I don't learn enough about that to go into that field. Id have to get a masters. And I am DONE with school.

I want to be in music. And I really want to end up at Capitol Records. Huge big name studio. Very hard to get in. But I'm gonna try. Or really any movie or tv scoring stage is my goal. Would just be awesome. Busy as hell though. But fun.

Over a year out for me though. But I'm confident.

 

I love this site. Bob is the man. So helpful and open to ideas and suggestions. The future of this site is going to be awesome.

He is just going to make it better and easier. Be constantly making it better. Pretty cool I think. Going to get new colors. Control panel back. Instant emails back.

 

Yea I mean it's pretty awesome. Talk about a smooth transition too. It'll only grow and get better too.

Yea. I miss photography too. I touch my camera last night for the first time in weeks. Took some photos of the church we recorded in for the challenge. Didn't get it edited though.
