$185, ouch. Based on that I was going to suggest TRDparts4U, but they're at $170 so shipping would probably even it out. Either the black ones are more expensive than the previous anthracite ones, or the price has just gone up. I only paid $163 each and that includes shipped to my door.

EDIT: I just ordered one FJ wheel from PureFJ.com. It was a little spendy at 170 but it is what it is, plus I had a $50 gift certificate. I will say this, the gentalman who runs PureTacoma & PureFJ was exceptionally helpful, personable, and customer focused. To me, that carries high value.

I am trading in my Tacoma so I am selling my softtopper. Black top. Fits short bed Tacoma. 2005-present. Not sure about 1st gen. One year old.. Near perfect condition. Windows look great for having been on truck year round. No rips or tears. I might even have a new roll of Velcro from Softopper. Only thing I don't have are the screw snaps. You can get easily from softopper.

Would rather not ship. willing to meet halfway or something depending on where it is. I have pics but every time I try to post them the screen closes and safari closes!! PM me and I'll send a text or something.

 

i picked up a 2012 outback 3.6R limited... I have a 2 y/o and another on the way. We need more space in our primary vehicle. We are single income family at the moment so i decided to get a nice family vehicle to replace the taco and i am picking up an 80 series LC to fill the off road needs (if i ever find one) Better all around...since hanging off a cliff in moab in our only reliable vehicle kind of didnt make sense either!

 

Post back if you find a source. I'm looking at buying a 5th stock TRD OR rim and spacers vs. new wheels with correct back spacing. So far it's a wash either way but I'd prefer to keep stock rims.

You mean just the regular 'silver' alloy 16s from Tacomas? Those come up all the time on CL, though more often as sets than singles. There's a set right now I see for $200 with some tires http://denver.craigslist.org/pts/4950615279.html and another that's $350 but 'negotiable' http://cosprings.craigslist.org/pts/4949454386.html You'd be better off buying a set and then trying to sell off the extras to others who want to do the same thing.

 

WTB: first gen step/nerf bars or running boards.

I've got a friend who recently picked up a first gen extended cab (not double) and would like some step-in assistance. Not looking for sliders, they don't wheel. I would go in on a set with you to get a 5th for the spare.

edit: not a new set, but some reasonably priced takeoffs from Craigslist.

 

121.9" wheelbase for both xtra cab and double cab 1st gen according to Google. 2nd step will probably set between cab and bed i'm guessing. I'd check the mounting points before committing.
