Don't know if it really matters. Personally I chose offset-offset to tuck the muffler as high as I could then did a turn down. Some exhaust comes down by my axle so it might not work for some of you newer trucks with ABS wires...

Sure has been quite in the forums since the update, I bet a lot of people either just dont like the new look or have no idea what their password is .. LOL

Personally I do not like the look and all the busy work it takes to navigate VS the old design.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I'm on a few other forums and this happens to be the design used by one of them. This particular layout is better than some of the others for sure. I like the new alerts feature.

@tcBob is editing the design and colors though

I think it's just gonna take some time to get used to... but it's a better design IMO much more user friendly when you look at the features, like quick replies with the ability to still add links, pics, smilies etc..

Over all its just about the same, I got used to it in about 5 min. I like it, a different color scheme would be great though

Finished spraying my rims today. I was going for gunmetal, picked a Rustoleum metallic color. It's a bit sparkly but looks decent in person. Their cans are crap though, only the regular rattle cans work, the stupid plastic trigger thing they put on the metallic colors is a failure, uneven pressure and solvent isn't mixed properly with the paint. Almost had to put spraying off another day because of sketchy can that I bought to replace the one I tried using yesterday that simply would not spray. Frustrating, but at least I got them done finally.

I think this should look nice with the new coopers and red pearl Taco.

FYI this is 2 coats of primer and 6 coats of paint. Do it right or suffer early flake-age!

Its not noticeable at all really, and there's no real throwback of light into my eyes like a lot of bumpers that cross in front of the headlights.

Yea I've got 15x8s with only 31 10.50s and they stick out pretty good. Mine doesn't wander, and it looks perfect with my Baja fenders.

its all about the backspace.. our trucks were designed with a 4.5 backspace give or take a few CM in mind.

When you run a wide stance wheels like a 3-3.5 BS it sticks out like crazy and eventually prematurely wears out your wheel bearing and can wander a bit not to mention look silly as hell without larger fenders, and in Cali will get you pulled over for too much exposed wheel.

if I can later, they sounds very similar with the 24 being a little lower tone like a V8 and less like a 4cyl

with my stock intake and doug thorly headers it has a nice rumble at idle and cruising speeds and sounds throaty at WOT. would do again 10/10 lol
