    Just make sure that you buy blocks that have pinion correction wedge to them. Flat blocks will F your driveline angles.

    I think you should spend the $$ on a 5" leaf pack. There is a leaf spring manufacturer in Phoenix called Dunbar.

    5" lifted leaf pack is way too much for a 6" lift, that would mean he would need to pre load the front to 7" + to level the truck...and he said he was trying to lower the rear end a bit. The inherent problem most folks with DB's run into is that they buy a kit that ends up with their truck sitting nose low...and nobody likes that look so then they pre load the CO's to level it out and we all know the downward spiral of never ending bullshit that ensues from there. ...remember 2" front with no lift in the rear equals a level truck, 6" front 4" rear equals a level truck non preloaded to death.

    Same thing with 4Runners too BTW...."Been there done that " leveling our T4R too.

    A lot of us ran the all pro expos with the front at 6" for a level truck

    How did those work out for you? I like the idea of the height and price range of the expos but, worried without a bumper or much weight in the bed they will be stiff and not fully flex like I would like

    What was your shock setup? If I went to the expo's I would either have to relocate my shocks or get new ones

    Sure would be cool if we could restart this thread with a spec's page and a list of do's and don't etc for new folks huh.

    MWOAP - All pro states the expo pack is right at 4" of lift with an empty bed, did you guys find that to be accurate ?

    In my experience 4" was the magic# too for a level truck w/o preloading the crud out of the front end.

    Why would you need different shocks ? You already have the shocks that came with your BDS kit right ? Or are you worried about those shocks limiting travel ?

    I have a heavy bumper so the front end sit little higher.

    You can also play with the spring rate by removing leaves to soften them up and it will only lower the truck just a bit. With my leaf pack I have been playing with different combos of removing a couple of leaves and found that removing the smaller ones will soften the pack but you lose rigidity and create a bit more axle roll. Removing the leaves from the middle of the pack seemed to be the key for me. For the price that Expo pack really is a great deal vs paying double for a custom pack.

    Are you able to play with the expo pack?? Is far is adding leafs and removing leafs? I called all pro and they wouldn't help me out at all. They said you cant add a leaf.
