Hello all, late last week I took possession of my new (to me) 2010 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Access Cab, which was a great deal on single owner, well maintained vehicle.

Before I drove it off the lot, I had the suspension refreshed, and new General Grabber AT2s installed. The next day, I replaced the battery with a high quality AGM battery and did a temporary install of my Yaesu FT-8800 VHF/UHF ham radio.

A full set of CBI armor is on order; front & rear bumpers, full skid plates, and nerf bars). An ARB air system will be installed in the next day or two for tire inflation / deflation and also in anticipation of adding lockers. A variety of other little things have been added like a proper first aid kit, pioneering tools, jack, etc.

My goal is to have this out for the first camping expedition within 30 days. I'm looking for suggestions and comments and will be documenting the installations and starting a build thread. Thanks for all of the information this far.

That's awesome, looking forward to following the build. If you go camping you'll defiantly need a LED lighting. I work for caliraisedled so if you ever need anything I would love to hook it up!

Man, sounds like you hit the ground running. Maybe an ARB fridge is in your near future?

I've seen the ARB fridge, but have a Yeti that performs amazingly well. It's not out of the question though I've got some nice camping equipment we are leveraging. And yes, I had the project pretty much itemized and budgeted before I bought the truck so I'm moving pretty swiftly.
