    Saw this guy on the way to work. I was looking at all the crap around his window wondering what it was. In some places on the car it was about 2" thick. Then I got up next to him and saw it was duct tape. Plus, look at all the garbage and old newspapers in the car. It was filled except for the drivers seat. And there's a roll of toilet paper, just in case.
