My commute is 25 minutes each way, 23 minutes is highway.
Plus my old truck was a manual and I'm really missing it, and when I SC my truck I would have to upgrade the auto ($$$) or swap in a manual ($)

I really liked it until last week when I got to ride in a buddies truck that had a 10" sub with a proper box.
I still like it, and it's impressive for the size but after I upgrade the door speakers I'll most likely upgrade to a behind the seats sub with amp.

Ordered a Relentless fab DIY front bumper kit, full hoops, and no cutouts for lights in the wings, and my truck officially has a name now, Audrey.
Suspension will be next, probably gonna go with 883 coils to put on my 5100's until i feel like paying for the OME shocks, also gonna be replacing my LBJ's and LBJ bolts when I install the 883's.

Yep, hopefully she's gonna look real purdy.

Tires will be next most likely, gonna be a few months though, I think some 285/75-16 MT's will make her look good also.

starter went out on me today, it's been acting up some lately (starter gear won't engage the flywheel on the first try) but today I jumped in the truck to go to school and I could hear the starter whining when I turned the key but the starter gear doesn't kick out to the flywheel.

Bumper arrived today, suspension should arrive Friday.
So my list for this weekend is:
    Replace starter
    Build bumper
Change oil (2k miles overdue apparently)
    Replace LBJ's
    Install new front suspension
    Wash truck.

Audrey is gonna look good when I show up to school on Monday.

The starter is a PITA to get to.

Got started on the bumper, could've gotten it close to finished this evening but the weather started coming in.

Truck looks good man. Do you miss California yet? I know I do! I see that you want to do a manual swap. Wouldn't it be easier just to buy a factory 5 speed manual ext cab 4x4? Just a thought
