    Who said it isn't? Is your pregnant wife on crutches with a broken ankle? Are you taking a plane to a wedding with her? If not, give it go. Then have lots of visitors at your house.
    I actually think I had an anxiety attack at work yesterday. It was primarily work related, but I think also cumulative effect.

    OK, enough off-topic BS, we should do this in 40+

    Congrats on the new system.

    I'll give you my $.02. Do consider spray foaming your attic to condition the area. Your air handler will work easier and you'll make your insulation money back in a few years time.

    I did my attic with open cell foam and a new HVAC system 4 years ago. The energy bill savings already covered my insulation cost.
