Many of these I agree but the bug deflector??? These serve a real purpose, idc what it looks like but it does deflect not only bugs but all sorts of small debris thus protecting the hood and windshield to a degree. For the price and ease of install well worth the money imo.

Have to agree with the comments on leveling kits. Eliminating rake, and therefore the ability to carry a load without looking like an overloaded idiot, is...I dunno...not tacky. Will go with "opposite of cool." Just start with a Camry.

The reason I don't like them is because of the curvature around the front of the rear wheel wells. It just stands out and looks funky on the long beds. On short beds it converges nicely with the front of the bed and you don't notice it. I just don't like the side wall designs I guess.

I agree with that entirely. After noticing all kinds of rock dings on my hood, i was very tempted to look into one myself. Im just saying they look tacky on tacomas. I dont think i'll ever put one on. Touch up paint here we go

What if the truck has airbags for carrying load that you can't see?

Sure, air bags can level a truck but aren't usually considered a "leveling kit" installed for purely cosmetic reasons.

Didn't read but till like the 4th page but, TRD Sports, everyone has one but really color matched and a fake hood scoop doesn't make it any "sportier". That being said I secretly want color matched mirrors and maybe even bumpers lol

I got to get in on this, and i'll probably take some flack... i hate when fender flares don't match the vehicle color (black bushwackers on white taco, for example). Gives me a weird tick.

Also, (and i've been guilty of this for 6 months) mall crawlers. Granted, I'm building mine to be an expedition truck for the camping i do, but its unfinished state (big tires and bumper on stock suspension) makes me sick. Deciding to "spread out" my build over a long time was stupid of me.

As far as "salt life" stickers. I swear the first time i saw one, i thought it said "slut life". Didn't help that the sunfire i saw it on was being driven by a skanky chick in Florida. It annoyed me and amused me at the same time. Now they just annoy me, especially when i see them in the Mid-friggin' West. The only salt life you're living here is the one that's cloggin' your arteries. They still look like "slut life" to me :D

I'm surprised no one has been burned at the stake yet but its the little things! I also think any flare not painted looks like crap.
