Yep. Took those off as soon as I put the 285's on. That helped a lot but it rubs hard still on the cab mount.

I think some people are meeting up at the trail head for Pilot Rock and skipping Cleghorn. But I'm not sure what time that'll be at. You could always do that.

Just purchased this 2013 Tacoma after beating my 2001 to death:
Just installed Go Rhino Nerf Bars, Weathertech bug deflector, and tinted window.

Next up, getting rid of the worst tires I have ever driven on (that is my driveway in the pic and I couldnt back into it without putting in 4WD this winter)

Tinted? Looks blacked out to me. Broad daylight and not a hint of red. Good luck with that.

Legal or not, those are going to be so hard to see brake lights through. Other drivers better be paying attention.

First time messing with leaf springs; took my Taco to A local shop to Beef up my leaf suspension today. Added some height to it too. Rode well and it didn't feel at all rougher than stock. Hopefully this mod cures my sagging rear end when I tow my TT and haul stuff

So I broke my right rear tail light last fall when I took my tent/rack off the truck... Broke the lens and the water that got into the light after fried everything inside :pout: Finally bit the bullet and ordered new tails. Took 10 min to install these, really nice aftermarket units. From "Depo" lights. $130 was prety cheap imo. And I got blacked out versions  All lights working again :woot:

    Old, unbroken drivers side:

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
You need to get those fixed. Don't know the laws in your state. But I use that as perfect probable cause to pull people over. It is not just that they are tail "lights", but the way the lights are required to be designed by DOT so they can be certified, they must also act as a reflector. So regardless of state law it is a federal law that the drivers behind you at a distance of 15 feet must be able to see some of the reflector. Just a bit of friendly advice.
