    Evening all:
:woot: Spring gobbler tomorrow, walleyes opens at 12:01 midnight tonight. The plan is to shoot a turkey tomorrow morning and then back to walleye fishing for the next couple of months!
Hope it goes as planned, I can lose a lot of good walleye fishing if I don't get the turkey!
Got the boat trailer usable, but still need to put side guides on and a walkway, that should be it!

One thing that pisses me off (well most everything does) is you go online to places like Home Depot and look up things you need. Need crack sealer and filler for my drive. Yeup, 17 in stock of one, 9 for the other. Great. Plan my day and get up early and head to Home Depot. Walk in and ask for the driveway sealer. Nope, not I stock yet. To early. Like WTF.. Will get here in a few weeks. If your going to have a website MAKE SURE THE DAM THING IS UP TO DATE......
Was so pissed I went and bought a new ultra lite fishing rod to replace one I have had for 10 years.
Strung it and put it in the boat. Going to try and head out on the am and see if the boat is ok.
I didn't need it really. But it felt so good in my hands. It called to me. Mike..... Pick me, pick me......
I have like 12 rods. I run 5 on the deck. 3 for spares in the well. 4 or 5 in the garage in various stages of use and repair. I gave one away a few years ago to a kid standing by the water. Him and his father were just there and the kid was pointing to me saying he wanted to fish too. The dad said when he could afford one he would buy him a rod. Well I pulled in and called the kid over. The dad didn't notice and I handed him a rod with a minnow diver on it. The kid went nuts. Well when I went past about 30 min later the kid was still fishing and pointing to me and the dad was waving. He had better have caught some fish with it.. Lol
Put some strawberries , blueberries , cukes , tomatoes in a few boxes on the side of the house. Carol wanted to try it so I said why not. Going to have to make a fence for it I think..
    Fixed the shed window boxes.
Race car parts on order. Found a dangerous issue with the rf spindle.
Will try to reg the bike next week and pull that out of storage.
Weather is warming up a little. Still dam cold...
I should clean the interior of the Tacoma. I'll wait until I get home tomorrow I think.
Going to have a good supper, take a nice hot shower, and screw off the rest of the night.
HERE FISHY FISHY!!!!!!!!! PAPA HAS A SUPRISE FOR YOU.......

Sounds like you have your hands full Mike, I know the feeling.
Nice of you to give a kid a pole and reel, hope he takes care of it and enjoys it for a long time.

    I have a stupid question.
Is there a "start a conversation" link in my box on the left.
Everyone else has one so I'm assuming I don't have one because I can't talk to myself.
Well, at least not in here

I agree!!! In the day of computers, shouldn't be hard to keep the site updated :notsure:

Hello 911... we've got a gentleman here that wants to talk to himself.... :);)

using a pressure washer to move dirt from around tree stumps - lots of fun. Advil for aching muscles. Getting all the dirt out of my ears - priceless....

    It's fish pic day ???
Ok I'm not lying when I said it was an awesome day.
Boat ran great. Saw some oil out of the lower end a few days ago but
I think it was residual oil from the goop to winterize it. Was black and sticky.
The gear oil is nice and clean so I'm hoping.. Will know after a few runs.
    Anyway
I got my first after my 8th cast.
My second after my 12th cast.
    My third after like 30....
    Unbelievable.
    Lost count.
Switched to my ultralight and moved for some bluegills.
Caught like 8 of those. New rod feels real good and smooth.
    Was a great time.......
