    Could be the tiny filter in the bottom of the pump. Do a flush and clean out the filter on the bottom by sucking it out with a turkey baster. I had the same problem ended up being a pulley tho

    Tire carrier progress, works like a charm. I really like how nothing is coming off the bumper, looks really clean IMO. Also this design enables the tire to be very close to the tailgate ( we left an inch) saving rear clearance by not having a tire sticking 3 feet out behind the truck. Still need to add the rotopax mount to the backside.

    slid off an ice covered dirt road last week. All the bark and marks washed off with a stiff brush.

    Thanks! I will see how good it is tomorrow in the sun.
    I used dupli-color perfect match and acrylic enamel clear. 4 cans of colour and 2 clear, but the DC cans are small.
