I'm gonna guess airbag key wiring. First, cause it's yellow. Two, because on single cabs (iirc) there is a key slot that lets you turn the passenger airbag off in case you have a child seat, since there's no back seat. Toyota uses the same wiring harness for most vehicles, which would explain why it's there, but your trucks ecu runs off the seat pressure sensor instead.

Front end looking better and better Craig! Not sure how you feel about them (and I'm sure people suggest it all the time) but a BHLM or Retros would really tie it together.
