    Not sure why you decided to quote a porn gif to ask this question, but no. It's a 2 person job. One to install, and one to move the camera around. Stationary camera setup takes a while because you have to stop what you're doing and then frame it up for the next shot. Plus, you can't check the shot while you're installing.
