I didn't bother with the spacer, probably won't. Difference isn't noticeable on my truck so far as I can tell.

If you are sticking with the stock coils you don't need it. Its when you get aftermarket coils is when you'll need it. This is becuase the aftermarket coils are manufactured the same whereas the factory coils are left right specific.

Still unsure what I want but I've put this together...

    -Bilstein 5100's all around/
    -OME 885's (2.5")
    -WHEELER’S MULTI-LEAF ADD A LEAF SET – 1.5″ LIFT 3 LEAF PROGRESSIVE (I was told if I leave overload in I'll get 2")
    -LT UCA's
-3/8" spacer (5/8" lift) on both sides
-1/4" spacer on driver side for "taco lean"

If my figuers are correct I will add 3(1/8)" up front and 2" in the rear (with overload)

    Will standard length 5100's suffice?

    Any thoughts, concerns, suggestions?

Get the 5100s for 0-2 inches lift.

Are you sure you won't be nose high with those measurements? What's your current difference in height, front and rear?

I'll still have a slight nose Down rake if I keep overload in I think

5100 all around 1.5 inch aal retrofit satoshi grill 18 inch FN wheels
I've got 5100s all around on mine. set at 2.5 on the front with stock springs and a 1.5 inch AAL in the rear. Also have 275/65/18 and only rubs when I reverse and full turn. Ride is a little stiff but I think its better than stock but that's just my opinion. And if this helps any, my friend has a 2004 dbl cab with exact same set up except front is set at 0 and has eibach coils and 2.5 aal. I think his rides a little less stiff than mine but i wouldnt say there's a huge difference. only big difference between our trucks is that his is a little taller than mine. O yeah and both of our trucks sit pretty level

Shasta in Earth Tone Green, Custom Green Tree Fabrication Bed Rack, N-Fab Spare Tire Bed Mount
That's one way to do it. I'm sure that'd be a pretty stiff ride though without any additional front weight. But I'd rather have the added height than the ride quality lol I'm running 884s and its a really cushioned feel but not that high at all.

They look identical to 4600s, but supposedly aren't exactly the same.

After reading a ton of threads on the 5100's I've decided to go that route on my 15 double cab trd off road. I wanna do them front and rear. It don't wanna change anything else just the 5100's. It seem like 1.75 front a 0 rear will level me out correct? Are there any negatives to just doing 5100's and keeping everything else stock? Better or worse on road or off? Thanks in advance

    IT NEVER ENDS..........
Bilstein 5100's front ( set at 0 ) and rear with 885x coils and a wheelers 3 leaf is a great cheap beginner lift. Fits my 255/80/17 great and I just took it to gulches and was very pleased how it rode and gave me the clearance I wanted. If you decide you want armor later throw on the 886 coils.

    Measure your truck. Proceed.

Nobody can tell you what your truck needs, except yourself with a tape measure.

Does adding 5100s affect the warranty?
