Kilos? Last time I checked, this was America, dammit...

Fun fact: Liberia & Myanmar are the only two other countries on the planet who don't use the metric system...neither of whom have been to the moon

Here is my 3 year progress. Basically, I get fatty and tanner (due to lighting) and my facial hair grew more. Do I even lift bro?

Snatch and snatch grip high pulls helped my deadlift better than any other accessory lift.

How did you not know that? I thought everyone in Georgia knew that.

No income tax, but around a 9.45% sales tax.

What kind of "stuff" do you need to do? Just hunt, fish, and get swole, you'll be fine.

Speaking of getting swole, I said I was going to start going to the gym in the mornings. Well, I woke up Tuesday morning and felt my throat itching like I was about to have sinus trouble. Decided to sleep instead of go to the gym. Went to work, felt my throat feeling funny all day. Felt worse and worse all day. Went to the gym after work anyway. Decided to do something that I could get in and out in a hurry because I was feeling bad. Got home, and basically died. My sinuses hit me hard for some reason. Got about 2 hours of sleep Tuesday night, went to work Wednesday and felt like shit all day. Didn't go to the gym. Didn't go to the gym today. Probably not goin tomorrow. I think I'm losing all my gains.

    The feels.

That moment when you weigh in at 194 with all your clothes on, you tell the doctor you weighed 188 this morning right after a shower..down from 250 and standing 5 foot 10..and he says you need to lose 15 more and are still overweight, and that muscle doesn't add weight. FUCK MY LIFE!

If you feel good in your weight and you feel healthy, just keep working, don't let a doctor get you down brotha

I'd recommend a plan that involves lifting as well as cardio. The biggest key to success is gonna be consistency and hard work.... And having a fairly healthy diet!
