    Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.
    i know utah requires it, i live here and have never had one, and havent had an issue. but ive heard of people being stopped for them. im not planning on running one.

    I think it's just a "probabable cause" issue. they can't make you have one if it's licensed in another state (Alaska only issued one when I was there) but it gives them reason to stop ya and bug ya if you're driving like a douche like Jace said

    Yup! I am officially locked front and rear with selectable lockers. Just need to build that rear bumper and get some General clean up stuff done and I'm good to go!!
