I've gotta read up on the 255 tires, see how little I can lift the front.

Either way will look awesome. Black will maintain your current colour scheme, grey does go well with the blue. I would say black because it matches your backrack and tailgate Toyota logo. I can't wait to see it, whichever way you go!

How durable is the plasti dip on rims?

I think youre thinking of the wrong truck, mines gray. Lots of people on here have done it and it holds up well.

I'm pretty sure I spotted you on the 102 inbound this morning, Kirk. It was just between Sackville and Waverley... I was heading the other way. Your truck's looking good!

Yes, I was thinking Jordan's truck. Definitely think you should go black!

yeah plastidip is stupid expensive. I used it on my corolla a bit but I'll honestly never use it again on a car. I'd try it on a truck maybe. I've never seen someone use it long term on wheels so I'm interestred in how it works out for kirk.

Also, anyone else out in the garage this fine night? Perfect night for beers and wiring.

Ohhh yeah that seems like a safety issue. Good luck! I replaced the intermediate shaft on my father's 4x4 Dakota a couple years ago. It's a pretty easy going fix if I recall.
