    The winch was to hold the jeep in place while he replaced the rear drive shaft. You can't see in the pic but he was pulling someone up that hill, so i think a little axle wrap started happening and the jeep started to bounce. The driveshaft let go before he could get his foot out of it.

    Luckily he brought a spare
