Personally, I think that Brady as a pro would have felt the difference in air pressure after tossing thousands of balls, and knew they were a tad soft. If it's true, how many games did they get away with it before the playoffs? However, verbiage like most likely, and generally aware doesn't sound like hard core evidence. This will probably go down as another question mark for the Pats with their fans on one side and the rest of the fans of every other team on the other. It's not like we have hard video of Tom punching out his wife in an elevator, and for that many pages of a report "generally aware" is the best they can do?

WOW,,,,,, really boys and girls.....The NFL is losing its A$$ in revenue shares and to keep the public amused & interested we bring on "SCANDALS"......Hell, this WELLS report lasted longer than an "election cycle" and were hard facts found anywhere ????

He11, I am a Tampa fan now that Winston is up on an NFL stage and he will light up both Goodells "oh-oh" lights and the West Coast Floridas news cast :).........

Thus we all SEE......the NFL is just another entertainment venue and spitting, kicking and oogling over it just makes for better beer and rolaids sales ;)

This entire 'Deflated ball ' scandal... What will come of it, absolutely NOTHING !
:They will not revoke the Patriot championship
:They will not award the Colts the AFC title
:Brady (at the end of his career) gets a four game suspension on circumstantial evidence at beet , maybe
:Life goes on in the NFL
    MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

20% tint on all windows, Deckplate mod, satoshi-ish grille, blacked out and/or body matched emblems, rattle canned rims, red l.e.d. interior lights, bilstein 5100's and OME 881 coils , deaver 8 leaf pack, 1.5" lift shackle, alpine sound system, 55w HID lightforce 140 and 170 fogs
So four games for Brady, loss of a first round pick next year, a fourth rounder in 2017, and a $1 million fine.

    Fair punishment?

I'll look forward to the league's punishment of Aaron Rodgers and the Packers, since he openly admitted that he and his team actively tamper with football pressures.

Oh, wait, that won't happen. Why? Because they're not Tom Brady and the Patriots.

    So glorious.

And what's better is now we can discredit the win by the Pats too so really my pre-game hope of both teams losing came true :D

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.

Almost, but I think the punishement should be worse. At least gotta take away last year's AFC Championship.

You guys realize that the League's own rules state that it's a $25K fine for tampering with the football, right?

Lol, Goodell saved the Pats' asses during Spygate. The shady organization in Foxboro deserved to have their SB trophies taken away. Roger called the investigation over after only 4 days and covered it up by giving the Pats a slap on the wrist.

This time the punishment fits the crime.

You realize the league hasn't followed their own guidelines for just about any rule/conduct violation in the past year right? And that in a massively important playoff game the reprocussions for doing what they did is gonna warrant more of a punishment? And that having a history of cheating also warrants a stiffer punishment?

brady didn't mess with the balls his ball boy did. This organization has been caught cheating before. I just hope Kraft isn't in on it as well he seems like he is a decent guy.

Seattle lost fair and square. However, Baltimore did not.

If Brady wasn't involved with the Patriots, an organization rooted in cheating, he would have admitted right off the bat that he ordered the balls be deflated. Who knows in what other ways the Pats could be cheating. I don't put anything past them and Belichick.

Whatever you say, slick. The Colts couldn't have won that game if Brady'd been throwing a canteloupe instead of a football.

Of course they have Brady returning to action in Week 6 on Sunday Night Football, against who else? The Colts.

    THE NFL JUST WANTS HEADLINES

Is the AFC Championship not an important game?
