I had to take it easy. My arches starting collapsing on me... I have some orthopedic inserts now that help, but I haven't done much long distance running on them yet. I didn't investigate more yet. I was hoping to fix it Saturday or Sunday but Konsta was too busy to help me out with Mother's Day and everything else he had planned for this weekend. It doesn't leak much when I'm driving normally so it can wait for now.

We went to Market Lake and the Camas Wildlife Refuge yesterday and saw a ton of migratory birds, a turtle (I was not aware that Idaho had wild turtles) and a porcupine.

I'm more of an "Off the paved path kind of person". Mountain bike not road bike. Dirt bike not street bike. Offroad Taco, not sport Taco. :notsure:

I kind of laugh at the fact that they say "bear attacks tourists" I think that poor bear was more terrified than the people were... It didn't nor even tried to attack anybody. It was trying to get the hell out of there...z

I kind of hate to say it, but I wish the bear would have attacked a few of them towards the end. It would have had a much larger impact on the media around Yellowstone and hopefully help people learn to stay further from the animals. The people are certainly what make going to Yellowstone terrible...

Howdy Weesa. Yep, no drama ... all good time spent with good friends. :)

Looking at my back yard thinking I should seed it and fence section it (for dogs), but probably need to wait until after we go to Iowa. 8 days of not being able to keep it watered is probably a bad way to start it off.

I had a large filling in the centre of the tooth and it fell out about a year or so ago. My dentist told me I had to get a root canal done so I did. After the root canal they told me I need a $1500 crown or the tooth will potentially break apart. Well guess it finally had enough and fell apart today on my way home

Thankfully it doesn't hurt because the root canal killed the nerves already but I'm pissed at my dentist because they never gave me the option to pull the tooth in the first place. I spent a good amount of money doing the root canal only to find out after I need to spend $1500 to temporarily protect it. I hate my dentist and it's time to find a new one

Yup. Funny thing is three weeks ago I was just at the dentist and told them I want the tooth extracted since they caused an issue that's leading to a gum infection that I can't get rid of. They told me to try getting the crown covered again through insurance (tried 3-4 times now). I finally get what I wanted done lol
