 my fiancee actually took my spot at the gym I worked at when I got my "big boy" job. Of course, I'd still be with her if she were 300 lbs, but I'm a lot happier with her current physique lol. I got her off all that "cardio bunny" shit a few years ago and she loves it. I dunno why most girls think running on the treadmill for 3 hrs is superior to weight lifting.

Nope, nope, nope. I am going to have a lawyer write up a document stating the future wife cannot get fat.

I was finally able to do squats today...on the smith machine. I was able to kind of lean backwards into the bar to take the weight off my ankle. Although, I didn't go heavy, it was nice to do more that leg extensions. Anytime my knee gets away from being right on top of my ankle, my ankle gives out. They weren't joking when they said it'd take months :pout: At least I'm still about to do something though.

Got it in the store sitting right next to me. C4 mass is just the C4 with some carbs and a touch extra creatine monohydrate, 27g blend. C4 Ripped is just the C4 with a 1g blend of L-carnitine, GCB, and some cayenne fruit extract. Nothing special IMO.

I only look at Mens Health because they have amusing articles and this one didnt let me down:

Quote from article "If the hip joint were a pickup truck, it’d be a Ford Ram. It’s built tough. "

meh, it 's a bunch of shit...C4 Mass has 1 freaking gram of creatine...and it's not even monohydrate; it's nitrate; also, it claims to have enough carbs to support muscle mass....it's 25 grams of carbs...you can get that from 1/2 a cup of black beans lol

I think I (and a few others in this thread) could handle it

I only mentioned it because I'm about to buy more regular C4, didn't want to waste ma monies. C4 works for me since I only do pre twice a week and I ingest zero form of energy besides whole fewdz.

Also, I think I could do that diet, but not everyday. I already feel like complete shit eating my current diet.

There's nothing wrong with regular C4...it's just too damn weak for me. The only caffeine I get in the day is 1 cup of coffee and I consume below 50 g sugar a day. I dunno what it is about C4, but it just doesn't do it for me unless I do over 1 scoop
