Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Well don't spill the beans too soon. Think I have already lost interest.

Auto anything has been good to me for 3 sets of seat covers now. The 1st set they even sent me a replacement because there was a small cut in one that they could have said was me opening the package.

I used carid.com and happy with what I ordered from there. Not sure about autoanything.com. Never ordered from them. Didn't have what I needed.

Last year I purchased a pair of new 3" steps from AA.
After less than one year, I noticed rust starting to show through the powder coat.
Called AA to ask about a warranty and they said that yes, there was a 3 year warranty on them.
AA customer service was prompt about sending and email about the warranty info.
They said that they would be contacting the manufacturer (Steelcraft) to see what other info they would need from me for a replacement.
Got an email back from AA customer service stating that "The manufacturer has requested photos of both bars".
Pictures sent, another email back from AA saying that "The manufacturer has requested for you to return the......Bars" and contact AA so "They will schedule a Call Tag or Pick Up for this item. Please let us know when the bars have been packaged and are ready so we can schedule a date. Once they receive the .... bars, a replacement set will be sent out to you at no charge."
(This is where is starts to get to be more of a hassle.)
Try finding a box long enough and strong enough to hold 2 - 7 foot steps with hardware.
Finally got them packed and ready to move, thinking that shipping would be reimbursed.
Contacted AA this afternoon to let them know that they were ready to go and needed to info to ship.
AA sent me another email with the RA and #. In the 4th bullet point it stated that "All cost incurred during the shipping of your Return Item(s) will not be reimbursed."
Honestly, the cost of shipping these back to Steelcraft will cost more than they are worth.
Called them to see if this was the way it was to be done and they said "yes, we do not reimburse returns".
So...I asked them that since they were being sent back to Steelcraft at Steelcraft's request to inspect, perhaps they would reimburse the shipping cost. I told them I would give them a call.
Call to Steelcraft - basically - "We do not want them and we never told them (AA) that we wanted them. You can tell them we told you so. Have them call us."
Call back to AA to pass along the info and to see where we go from here.
The AA customer service rep. took the info that I gained from Steelcraft and went back to talk with whomever makes the decisions.
In the time that I called Steelcraft another email was sent to me from AA stating that "Thank you for your warranty inquiry. After contacting the manufacturer, we have confirmed they have sent replacement bars only." And I do not need to send anything back.

This is my story about my experience with Auto Anything.
Take what you will from it, if anything.
Thanks for letting me rant. :angrygirl:

    Commence butthurt. :poking:

That's lame. But it sounds like someone was confused, at least they were talking to you that's better than many online vendors like them.

    Yeah, I agree.
There was some communication issues there somewhere. I just wish that they wouldn't have just BS'ed me though.
