    If the position opens I will take it. If you pass on the opportunity to do so then the company may not look at you as a potential candidate for promoting within. I do like my current position though. I wouldn't mind staying in it for a few more years until the kids are done with school as an Op manager does travel quite a bit.

    Yes sir, mo money!!! But it comes at a cost......I become salary.
