    See my build thread!

Lift was on truck when I bought it...I think it's close to 3", no rubbing with daily driving, did a re-alignment after wheels and tires got put on. When stuffing tires in wells, then it pushes things a bit. OME all around is on the list for this rig.

Just had them mounted, having some vibes at 50 MPH so I'm guessing its Road Force Balance for me. Anyways I'll enjoy them more when that is taken care of :).

Here is the Matte Dark Bronze in 16's on a Pyrite Tacoma (Not sure I've seen one yet?)

EDIT: I just wanted to update that road force balancing fixed any vibes I was having at ~50 MPH

Me too. Just installed the SCS Sr8 and having vibration issue at 40-50mph. Has anyone had the same issue and able to fix it. I have tried balancing the tires 4 different times, changed out the lugs, rotated the tires and still have no luck. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated

Find a local shop that can do road force balancing. If you think it could be the wheels, have the tech spin balance the wheel alone. Typically, it's either the tires or improper balancing. Road force balancing will usually do the job right the first time.

    Just getting started
CLH850 - I see you're running 285's. Do you have a lift? If so, how much in the front and back? - Thanks John

2.5" in the front and stock in the rear. I had to do minor trimming on the driver side fender. You'll read a lot of mixed reviews on the amount of trimming people have to do running a similar type of set up.

For those of you running a stock setup (TRD sport prerunner) is there trimming needed. Want to keep stock setup, but deciding on the 16, or 17

Just had mine installed with road force balancing, no bad vibes outta these guys. I couldn't find any pictures of a mica silver Tacoma with the Matte Dark Bronze wheels before purchasing mine, so hopefully this helps. I had to take off the front mud flaps and trim a little plastic with the new 265/75/R16 tires. But that's just saving weight, which makes the truck go faster! It was great working with Vin and I received the wheels in less than a week, highly recommend SCS! (16X8 SR8 Matte Dark Bronze, Toyo Open Country A/T II)
