They may also offer a sr model in your area with the color matched bumpers, but cheaper, unless you really want the suspension and bed outlet.

I don't recall any difference in the ride between my Sport and my SR5.

Check out Lynch Toyota in Auburn. I believe you will get a lot better deal down there.

I am not seeing enough comments about the TRD seats. The TRD seats are supposed to be much more comfortable than the SR5 seats and I hear people say that alone is worth the price difference. That SR5 is overpriced because of cheap dealer add ons. I really think you will be happier with the TRD sport for looks and bang for your buck. Test drive a sport and see how you like it. I love the sport ride.

The SR5 seats are fine for me and I've done 12 hour days in the saddle from Denver to Phoenix.

are you financing it according to the terms on that listing? If so you are paying over $40,000 for that truck not including taxes.

My thoughts exactly! The price is steep to begin with and the financing rate is outrageous! Especially with $7K down!
Why don't you get both? Mine is a TRD Sport, SR5, AC.

Thanks for all the information guys. Happy to say I will be apart of the Tacoma family shortly. I decided on getting a stock black '15 TRD Sport. Got a really great price on it and cant wait for it to get in (dealer is having to bring it in from another dealership). I will post my first pics when it arrives!

First thing I plan to do is get some side steps (any suggestions? I like the look of the n fabs). Then look into a 3in lift, although I am not car/truck savy at all and have no clue where to start in terms of what I need or how to go about doing it, so I guess I have some research to do!

Side note: The pricing on that SR5 is just what is listed on their website. Never actually talked numbers with the dealer on it.

I was in the same boat as you. I test drove the Sport, Off Road and SR5 several times. Noticeable difference. Sport is much more suited for road riding and towing, and is much more comfortable and less rattling over potholes. That price is very steep. I got my TRD Sport for 29,700 plus tax, ordered from the San Antonio factory specifically for me with the heavy duty flooring....which I must recommend. So easy cleaning it and I put regular carpet mats down anyway so it's just as comfy and feels the same. Shop around. You can definitely get a Sport down around 30ish nowadays if you play a couple of dealers against each other. (Then again, I'm a professional negotiator...lol) Good luck, and you won't regret the TRD Sport. I use the 110V AC outlet all the time, and the fit and finish is second to none.
