100 pull ups
200push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
All in body armor

They have an event coming up in July in Columbia that I'm doing, been trying to prep for that. Haven't done one in a couple years but they're a lot of fun.
For Charleston, it looks like the next events are a Light on Halloween and a Tough the day before. If you're interested.

 

I'll look into to July in Columbia event. I'll probably do the one here in November

 

It's the most fun you'll have while being miserable.
Lights are typically during daylight hours, Toughs are after dark. I'm considering doing the Tough on 10/30 in Charleston if I can stay disciplined and be ready for it by then.
