Interesting this thread just popped back up. Im about to do my 30k service and called Toyota to check out how much it cost....
$825!! for the following; Spark Plugs, Diff Service, Oil Change, Cabin and Engine Air Filters and a Tire Rotation. I called another Toyota Dealer and they said it would be $225, but that was only the air filters, oil change and tire rotation.

I put everything I need to do it myself, including some of the tools i dont all ready have and its going to cost me around $125 to do it myself.

 

If I'm thinking clearly that's about $600.00 for spark plugs, Diff Service; Cabin filter. Yikes!

 

That's absurd. That's for folks that think the 30K is a big deal.

 

Yeah, i hear ya. I had free oil changes at the Dealership up until now. So they wont be seeing me for a while...
