I just installed my Toytec Boss Suspension System(with Diff. drop) with Total Chaos UCA's, and with Complete OME Dakar leaf springs on my 98' Taco, 3.4L, with 33" Toyo OC M/T's. It had a lean before, and leans more now. (Yes I have researched the site...and the web, see below. lol.)

    Rear Before:
    Driver side-35"
    Pass. side-35.5"

    Rear After:
    Driver side-40.5"
    Pass. side-41.5"

    Sorry, no “Before” front measurements

    Front After:
    DS-39 1/4"
    PS-40 1/4:”

(These measurements are from a level floor to bottom center of fenders with a measuring tape. They were “eyeballed” due to 1.5” wheel spacers. Yes I know I should've measured from a different spot...I can't go back and re-measure. ha ha.)

I saw this in another post: (My Dakar kit did not have this. It had a + on each spring.)
"For example, OME Dakar leaf packs are marked with a + or - to let you know if they are slightly stiffer than spec (+) or slightly under spec (-). You generally get one of each when you order them, so the stiffer pack is designed to go on the drivers side to support the additional weight on that side of the truck."

    Front:
So I have adjustable Coilovers in the front that are not any way near maxed out. Should I just adjust them up enough to level it out? It makes sense to me. I don't want to completely kill the nice ride it has now. I also saw this on another thread:
    http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Front-Top-Plate-Spacer-One--14_p_351.html
Thanks for any thoughts on this.

    Rear:
So I'm thinking 1" spacer. Here is what I found from Toytec:
    http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/12-Solid-Steel-Axle-Shim_p_1352.html
Should I use 2 of these or find an actual 1" spacer somewhere else? I don't want to buy a "Set" of blocks when I only need one side elevated. What are my options? Thanks.

I would lift the front driver side. You could bring passenger down a hair and driver up a hair

I think I have it, though I refuse to notice it. My driveway is on an angle so....yea...

Thanks. That's kinda what I was thinking.

    lol. I can't ignore it.

Also, I forgot to mention...the only 'Rub" I have is the Left front when in reverse and turning the steering wheel all the way to the left. No problem on the right.

Would be interested to see if this is true. My lean is about as bad as yours and both my packs are marked with a +

My lean looks the same or even worst. I ordered a small strut spacer to even it out better.

I use to always have that issue with my Hondas, Gangster lean as its called. Either driving solo all the time, full tank of gas and weight being more on driver side etc. Everyone just said adjust coilovers and be done with it.

I just installed the toytec boss front and OME dakar rear leafs. The rear leafs were marked with a "+" and a "-", I cant remember if the "+" was driver or passenger but I will look tonight when I get home. The instructions were very clear on making sure you had both, and which side to put them. Its weird that yall would get two of the same side, and would definitely be the reason for the lean. I would call Toytec.

I pulled this directly from the Toytec instructions,
    10. Install the new leaf packs,
NOTE: DRIVER SIDE IS PART NUMBER CS046RA AND THE PASSENGER SIDE PART NUMBER IS CS046RB. THE BONDED BUSHING IS THE FRONT AND SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN THE FRAME MOUNT NOT THE SHACKLE END.

I 'just installed OME dakars and nitrochargers front and rear. I agree with the above, you need a + and - rear leaf. Putting them side by side you can even see the - side is a bit lower.

Ive had the lift for about a month now and no noticeable lean....i even forgot to put the 5mm trim packer on driver side front strut before getting the coil on...i have a feeling thats coming back to haunt me.

Yeah...so I put em' on backwards. I just checked. I guess I didn't retain the MOST important part of the instructions(that I DID read). lol. Mine definitely did not have + or - but did have the part numbers...which were on the wrong sides. At least it's not that bad to swap. Thanks for the help.

Post up after you swap your leafs, I'm curious if it will make a difference for you. I did the exact same thing with my Dakars, and when I put them on the "correct" way, my lean actually got worse. I ended up getting the OME AAL, which helped a bit. Now I just mostly ignore it.

I stand corrected! My passenger side has a +, driver side has a 0. Both have arrows toward the front. My packs came separately without instructions after a shipping mixup, not sure if this has anything to do with it. I'll post back up here after I switch the packs with some before and after pics and measurements

You might not see much of a change then, the 0 means that leaf pack is right at spec, so the difference between that one and the + pack is probably very minimal.

I would bet so. That's the goal. I got mine swapped despite getting called in to work for 8 hours on Saturday. I think it helped. I will post pics later.

Ok. So I got the swap done yesterday. Pics today.

Before swap to put leafs on correct sides:

    After swap:

So I'd call it a fail. Still not level. I guess 1" rear spacer it is. : (

So I adjusted the front left coilover. I brought it up an inch to match the right side. It fixed the driver side rub that occurred when backing left and steering wheel turned all the way left. I think it helped the lean too. (See pic). I don't know if I'm imagining it, but it may ride just a little firmer as you'd expect. Overall, think I'm happy with it.

Guess my suggestion was right lol. I would have brought the passenger down .5" and driver up .5"
