Both look awesome. Why not get one of those sweet touring bikes?

 

Lol I want something to just cruise around on. Still kinda learning, they are just to big for me to seem much fun in town.

 

Heres the ruckus. 12.5" stretch, new exhaust and intakes. Lowered the front end about 1". Now all I need is a kickstand and im gonna cut the seat to sit lower.

 

Bikes in the city is suicide. Id never ride one in the city.

So much water in northern CO! Weld county is super flooded. Was in some serious mud pits and water crossings in the work truck today. Pretty impressed with the new hankook ATM rf10 that's on the work truck.

I'm wondering how the desert trip is going to go if all this water doesn't soak in and dry up... Could be a crazy good time

 

Eh. Wyo is still pretty dry though.

 

you'd be surprised how easily maneuverable they are with the proper training. the harley is nice but the ducati will be a smoother ride and slightly more comfortable with the upright riding position. harley also has a higher cost of ownership from maintenance alone.

don't get me wrong, harley's are nice, but there are other options out there

 

It's been raining here for like the past week and a half now. It's almost like Wyoming is gonna have a spring. I would expect nasty mud.

Cool, but I would break it. My luck I would toss it off a cliff to have it activate...but ya, it just keeps on falling. And only 20 min battery? meh

 

Only 20 mins??? That's a lot for a drone man. Most are 6-15 mins.

So many cool uses for it. Id love it.

 

True, i still have alotofshopping to do. I feel Ducati maintenace will be waaayy more than harley thought. And I wanna do most of it myself kinda as well

Yea that's one thing holding me back. Or v2 will be better.

It would be cool if you could make it fly routes via GPS. Like change elevation and placement down a road or something.

 

I assume you are talking about drones? I cant get the link to work for me. I have a buddy that builds some higher end drones and he sets flights plans with an onboard gps on his. They can go to a pre determined point and hover for XXX time and then drop or gain elevation and move to another point. They are very cool to watch. He has built a couple for professional filming. One went to africa and wound up the pilot lost it in the Nile river.

 

Yea it's the lily camera drone.

I've wanted one. Just too expensive. Xproheli is what Id love.

I'm sure the ones he builds are very pricey haha

The FAA is working on a certification for drone pilots. One of the guys at work just came back from a national conference on this topic. It may not happen this year but soon there will be a drone piloting license requirement for all private drone ops.
