Chrome or No?

Whats your view?

 

a little chrome isnt bad. im not a huge fan of completely blacked out.

 

im nominating this for worst thread ever

I love my chrome rear bumper. I do not love the rest of the chrome that came on my truck.

 

Chrome on what? Be specific.

chrome on modern cars and trucks= very little, accent only for things like badging and trim. large area's no.

chrome on classic cars and bikes= yes, that works

 

I only like chrome on silver or indigo ink.

I just realized that it cost more to get things in black. For instance, when buying a car grille insert the black powder coated ones cost more. The speaker enclosure with black carpet cost more. More money when it comes to powder coating sliders and bumpers. It cost me more money to change my chrome grille surround to black.

Chrome can be tastefully done, never really been a big fan though.

stock chrome is cool, too much chrome is tacky. its almost as tacky as adding side vents when ur cars not a buik or a cadilac

when i first bought my taco i liked chrome, now i want the blacked out look! so i vote no chrome

 

Most of you guys are to young to remember real cars, but my 57 Chevy would look like dung without chrome! !
