OK so I tried the C4 50x tonight..one scoop. For reference I was doing 1.5 to 2 scoops of regular C4. I last ate around 1:30 PM and hit it around 10PM.

Seemed to give me a little more than the regular C4. I did compare the scoops and by eyeballing they look very close if not the same size, though I did not try using each scoop to compare measurements.

Only one night but we shall see how it goes. I've also done Mr. Hyde and that usually hits me good but I can't take it on a work night. Bear in mind I'm generally immune to caffeine so that's probably the issue.

Ordered Pre Jym today. We'll see how it is in a few days I guess. I got Cherry Limeaid.

I used my fitbit watch to GPS my fishing trip today. I waded down the river .5 mile, then only waded back up about .1 mile or so, then got out and walked the road back to the truck. I knew that wading was a hell of a workout, but I dind't know just how many calories I (supposedly) burn doing it. Over 2 hours, according to the watch, I ended up burning over 900 calories, with my average BPM at like 111. Don't even need to go to the gym after a good wade.

I don't know if my legs are so sore from finally doing squats after about a month or from not doing legs since last Tuesday, but I almost fell into the toilet this morning #feelsgoodman

Cool to know! I know it takes a lot out of you just because after fishing for a few hours I am ready for a nap. I don't wade much but it takes a lot to keep your balance in the river.

I am going to bring my dumbbells out of storage and start doing lunges at night. I can't wait to feel my legs in the mornin!

Do any of y'all read any fitness magazines? I usually get 'Train Magazine' with my bb.com orders and it's pretty good. I've bought the last 2 issues of 'Muscle & Fitness' and I like it a lot...thinking about getting a subscription; both magazines are full of great tips, stories, and recipes, but I just gravitated to M&F. I've also wanted to check out M&F's companion magazine 'Flex Magazine', which is a "more hardcore" version of M&F geared solely towards bodybuilding, but it's hard to find. The reason I like M&F and Flex are because they were created by Joe Weider, who was an actual bodybuilder who created the IFBB and the Mr. Olympia, so he knew his shit and was passionate about it, not to say that the guys at bb.com and 'Train' aren't, though.

I used to religiously back in high school up until I was about 20ish. They are good to pick up time to time just for the read and to see some new workouts but after a while you catch on to how much they will repeat material with a "new spin" which isn't really new or creative at all. Sometimes you will even see them contradict something they said in the past. There is only so much they can write about. It's not like some amazing new workout for massive pecs is created each month :p. I wouldn't buy a subscription but instead just go to a book store and glance at the new issue, if it looks good get it.

Yeah, a lot of it is recycled and/or crap I already knew, but I just like reading about it anyway. I read them before bed while Amy watches tv usually. I can get a year for around $20 and I've already spent $12 on 2 issues at the grocery store lol

Yeah, but that's what I already do on my downtime at work. It's nice to lay in bed or sit on the shitter with a magazine every now and then.

I'm sure it's not perfectly accurate but it's pretty neat to get a baseline

Happens to be the easiest place to wade down that stretch of river.

And most of the good holes to hit are along both banks, so it makes it easier to hit both sides.
