Looks like I will finally be getting that double cab Prerunner I have been wanting for quite some time...still sort of agonizing over selling the 02 4x4 TRD Access Cab, it has been one trouble free truck since the day I got it. Just want a little more room, and to be honest, haven't used it offroad the way it's intended to be. Maybe someone can put it to good use...

I've been driving the '06 Prerunner for the last 3 days, and I am really impressed by the difference. The ride is so much better, it seems to have quite a bit more power. It seems like you end up going 75 on the freeway without even trying. The automatic tranny shifts so smoothly it almost seems like it's not even shifting. No squeaks, rattles, funny noises, everything works like new. Inital impression - if after 49k this truck still runs this good and still feels and acts like new, I've gotta say 2006 was one good year for Tacomas

Just needs a hitch, wheels, and some real tires, although the ones on it are about 3 days old...

That'd be nice, but with a Jeep, Rav4, and two Tacomas, I'm running out of places to put them all.

I am working on a potential sale of the '02, and if that doesn't work out, I am going to list it this weekend. You won't find a nicer truck in this town, I know. I've looked:

2002 4x4 SR5 TRD Auto, Access cab, Super White, 35K, mint condition. Bilstein 5100s all around, new rear Alcan leaf springs, AFE Pro dry air filter, Line-X bedliner, tow package. 2nd owner.

    We'll see what happens...
