    Well SOB! Out on the mountain bike Wednesday evening. Getting some more riding in before Moab Rock Therapy in a couple weeks. Was planning to ride with my brother who is flying out from Atlanta more than wheel the 4Runner. Loose surface and the front wheel washed out. Lots of shoulder pain led to 911, hiking EMTs and a Whaaambulance ride. Ended up being a displaced fracture of my left upper arm. Plenty of good drugs and knocked out so they could set it. Chilling in the la-z-boy, popping pills, and hurting like hell. I'll know more after the follow up appt Monday, but no riding for awhile and probably limited to no work on the buggy to.

    They knocked me out with the stuff that killed MJ. The induced amnesia was impressive.

    I remember the days I was on 30's of percs 4 times a day, Morphine twice a day, nerve medication, anti-inflammatory, and extended strength Advil (with codin) for about two years. I am pretty sure you can have killed a couple horses with those meds.
