Will be doing a 26mile mtb run tomorrow here around the corner...I even ran a few 10ks lately and it wasn't too bad at all....for a guy that lifts

Plus after fucking up my shoulder I finally was able to get a arm workout in yesterday, will try shoulders on Sunday and hope they won't give.

Just picked up a healthy case of Golfers elbow yesterday FFS. I was 100% healthy until after 25, now at 28 I feel like Im getting injured easier. Maybe need to tone it down and stretch more before doing things. Anyone have this before? I just got it from golfing and not stretching enough

I can get create more impact with 135lbs and work my muscles better than the next guy/girl who pulls 500+ :notsure:
I lift heavy shit too, but it's actually not really needed to lift that heavy (depending what you want to achieve of course)

I was reading in the latest Muscle & Fitness magazine and it had a big article on Dolph Lundgren (he was on the cover) and it said that when he was in his prime training for Rocky IV and he said he never went over 300 lbs on anything; his main reasoning was that he could make gains without going heavy and because his primary goals were to look good for movies and to still be able to do his martial arts stuff (he's a black belt in some sort of martial arts)...the point: you don't have to lift heavy to make gains.

    Dolph then:

Now he's only curling a smartphone!? lol

When I did my PT certificate (back in Europe) my instructor trained some of the big guys for Olympia and he told me that the training you see "on camera" and the actual training are totally different

Ha, wait till you're in your late 30's or better yet...your 40's

I'm no trainer by any means but, I would say stretch Before & After....Ice After as needed(15mins on, 15mins off)
    Eat/Drink things with more Calcium
    Take glucosamine & chondroitin daily

A full body workout is incorporated in my M-F karate training (stretching incld) if no major injuries sustained. hehehe

Just making sure that those caught defacing or damaging my Tacoma is dealt with effectively and efficiently.

    I supplement/replenish with this ASEA:
