I hope your Gateway is better than the one a friend bought. She has had nothing but problems from day one.

I can't wait to try Win 7. I've read alot about it.

    Good luck

The day Mac drops its prices to a resonable amount. Is the day their will be more Mac users than PC users. Most people can't swing almost 2k for a laptop.

I think my gateway lap top is made by Toyota. You can't kill it. This thing has been through hell. It was in the wreck I was in a while back (check my picks) It looked like a pringles chip that some one stepped on. Best Buy sent it off to get fixed and its good as new. Its like 2 years old and still fast as hell, But all I use it for is TW. Maybe that's why its so good. It absorbed the taco mojo:p:p:p:D

Your going to love Windows 7. It performs just as good as XP but looks pretty like vista.

Why wait for Windows 7? I have had it for roughly a month. Its is definitely much better than Vista. Really puts it to shame. You will enjoy it. Gotta love MSDN.

Toyota all weather floor mats. Mag light that clunks around in the jack compartment. Dog hair. Dog drool on the windows.
x2... Same parts inside. Compare a $1,000 mac laptop to a $600 pc laptop...

Thanks... that was actually a "parking lot" practice. Every once in a while a few guys get together at huge clean parking lots and setup sweepers with cones and all. We normally do that before track days.

I know what you mean, when the track bug bites that is all you can think of.

I've ran all the local tracks here in cali.

    Both tracks at Willow Springs

    Button Willow (My Favorite)

    Laguna Seca

    California Speedway

Hahaha... ok that was my last post. Sorry :D.

Yeah it is overpriced. I paid $1500 for my macbook. I look at it this way, that extra amount I spent is less headaches for me.
