My parents lived in St. Croix for Hugo and got stuck on the island in all the wreckage for quite a while. There's actually a ridiculous story that goes along with that which includes my uncles sneaking onto a Red Cross plane, and then my uncles and parents almost being in a plane crash when they finally got off the island.

Posted this in the AR thread but I thought I would pass it along

Here's a Tacoma/AR related tip. I was rebooting the CVs on my 2nd Gen today. As it turns out an AR15 barrel nut is the perfect size to beat the star back onto the CV shaft. The OD is small enough to clear the rollers and the ID is large enough to miss the splines on the shaft. I just happened to have two sitting next to my vice when I was looking for something to help with the job...and cussing profusely.

Haha nice! The LR UCA socket (1-1/4 iirc) is the perfect size too.

Debadged the whole truck and plastiderped my wheels to hold me over for a while, think it came out pretty good. Left the center caps silver and painted the Toyota badge in the center black. I like the contrast.
