This..I've had 2 raging bouts of elbow tendinitis, primarily because I play darts constantly.

Stretching, using Icy Hot or something similar after a tough session, and ice will help a lot.

 

And bean protein is? Look into absorption rates of protein, might find it interesting.

Got my Pre Jym in today. Took 1/2 scoop before the gym just to give it a try. No crash or anything afterwards. Good focus. Wasn't itching from the beta alanine. I'll try a scoop Monday morning when I go at 630 am.

As far as taste goes, it reminds me of NO Explode. Tastes just like it, actually. But didn't leave me with that bloated feeling like NO explode does.

Btw, here's this week's cheat meal from tonight (philly cheese steak, fries, coke, and 5 hot wings) 1700 calories

 

That's like every night for me #bulkingproblems

 

The amount of beans I'd have to eat in a day to equal the amount of protein from steak and chicken in a day.....risk vs gain...I'd rather not risk the gas and still have the gainz.

 

Bulking season is only a month and a half away for me

I have gas and eat like a carnivore...win/win...depending on who you ask

 

I do protein farts in the gym and have the weights for myself

 

I dont eat a lot of animal protein, its funny so many people seem to get offended by it lol

 

Just had my cheat evening for the week too. Consisted of 1/2 a large meat lovers pizza, bag of candy, fries, and 2 ice cream cones. My stomach is in FULL barrel mode right now

In other news, after my 1700 calorie cheat meal, I woke up yesterday @ 187.5 and woke up this morning @ the same weight #feelsgoodman

 

It appears they already sold all the shirts or they pulled the shirt, I would like to think they pulled it.

Doesn't bother me. I know a few veterans that would probably wear it too.

 

I have one of their freedom tanks which are pretty sweet. Some of the proceeds go to the wounded warrior project too. That shirt just looks dumb though.

 

Its no more disrespectful than the swolbraham Lincoln bullshit.
