i was thinking about this one here: The guy tells me that it's a TRD off road package and that it has a locking differential.

Does it have the Locking diff?

Was this year a good year or should I wait and get like a 2007 or newer?

Does this guy fall into the 2nd gen truck?

i'm not sure what questions to ask.

Short wheelbase TRD OFFROADS have the rear locker. Can't speak for 05, never owned one. Can't say I have heard of any problems. When did the rear camera come about, 08.. if so.. that is the year I like the best. Why is this post under Towing?

Yes that taco has a locker. I can tell by the trim on it that it's a TRD off road short bed. It is considered a 2nd gen taco, and for an 05, 35k miles is pretty damn good.

The only thing I would check out when you get it is if it had the TSB done for the rear suspension.

btw.. this is probably the wrong forum to post that :D
