Hahahaha it's true. Need a manual. The only reason I looked away from tacomas was cause the 6 speed v6 just didn't shift very well..

Yall are trying to be logical with someone who is quite insane. I'm just throwing that out there.

If my GTI I had when I first moved to NC wasn't so shitty in the snow I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

I'm losing my mind. Seriously.. I want a tacoma but was not satisfied with my test drive :(

Maybe it was just that specific truck? :notsure: You could test drive another just to make sure they're not all like that.

Do your pros and cons. And let that settle it. You will miss your tacoma, been there done that. But if you don't need a truck, then...............................................................................Please for the love of god, not a jeep!!!!!:frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:

Why didn't the 6 speed shift well? What about it didn't you like?

Oh that's definitely the plan. That truck had 91k miles on it so it could have been ragged out. I just need to find one close enough that it's not a pain in the ass long drive just to test drive. And I'm afraid to test drive a 15 cause I know I'll end up financing it. I'm looking to pay cash for something in the 23k range.

It felt like the gears were clunky and wouldn't slide in with ease. Shifting under acceleration even mild acceleration it would slam out of gear when the clutch was pressed. I dunno it just didn't seem to shift very well. My 5 speed shifts great.. This one was very unsatisfying.

I just cackled about that gif and realizing that NCtacoma had changed his quote to "trying to find Dave a tacoma"
