    From what I remember dealers had to put you in a rental bc of the dangers of having a truck that might fail on the road. Unless you got the 1.5x kbb excellent value, I would have taken the rental.

    Got my hi lift and spare mounted to the basket. Did the blinker relocate mod as well in prep for a new bumper. Now I just need to actually get out to some trails...

    I didn't know people installed these on 2nd gens?
    Got from Amazon. Fits really nicely for a $300 savings from the ARB one. There is a small gap at the front that is the thickness of the tip of my index finger. I can live with a gap for that much money saved though.

    I took lots of pictures and will try to write a "how to" thread soon. I'm not sure if I will get it done today.

    Just make sure you tell the ladies to watch their legs on the way out. I've had quite a few girls ruin dresses, scrape legs, and tear yoga pants from the grip tape on my sliders. haha
