BC was fun. Weather was great. We really enjoyed ourselves until they fucked with us coming back into the US.

I also took Frank out just a tad today with the dogs. Was a few mud holes Good lord..i thought i got dirty before..holy hell. LT really throws the mud around.

I wish i could get a 35x10.5r15 now..

seriously..i hate it so much.

Id take a 35x10.5 now so i could also run a wheel that had stock BS so they would be evenish with my 4.5'' flared fenders. As of now, half the tire damn near sticks out past them. And the rear...jesus i can't believe im about to put a new axle housing in back there that is 1.5'' wider perside then it is now with the wheel spacers. On stock fenders...the whole damn tire will be poking out practically.

We were delayed about 90 minutes total. The guy gave Ben a hard time asking him why he was in Canada in January. Which in interesting because he wasn't. It was a flight back from Amsterdam that day. Maybe they thought we were drug runners, or perhaps eco-terrorists (since we didn't have any weapons or fruit or vegatables or anying at all for that matter).

It was obvious the guy wanted to search the car. Which they did but it is not clear why. My runnning theory is small penis syndrome on the part of the border guard.

 

wow. Lame.

I hope we don't encounter that this summer. piss me off.

 

There are tons of videos of people getting messed with by border patrol. You guys might get pulled off just because you will have so much crap in the back of the truck. Tons of places to hide drugs and Canadians.

I am reading that the real world size of the KO2 34x10.5/17 is closer to 33.25-33.5. They will be quite a bit smaller that your 35s for sure.

 

So I found myself on the first page of this thread as I've never come across it before...but I was wondering, where abouts are you guys located in wyoming for the most part? I myself am probably an hour and a half/two hours from wyo

 

I am 20 minutes from the border of WY/CO in Laramie. Every one else is scattered haha. One in each part of the state pretty much.

^My ornithology class had to warn us about taking data on birds for class because of this. This article tries to make it seem far more serious than the school did. What they told us is that some group was illegally trespassing on private land, taking data, and then trying to get said owners of private land in trouble for how they were using it. Trespassing laws aren't stern enough to deter those do gooders so that's where this comes into play.
