Rotated my tires, I was about 5k miles overdue. I stuck a new shift knob in my truck from a Hilux too, check the "show your shift knobs" thread

Why, because my Toyota dealer just waited 9 months for 5 frames. They have a line of Tacoma's in there lot waiting. The est. time for mine to get a frame is 12 months. They have told me they are having problems getting the frames.

I heard it wasn't an official Tepui GB and that it's just a customer buying a lot of them well that's what Adam (BoxRocket) said. I was going to jump in but it just seemed sketchy to me

I'm surprised they let you drive off the lot. It's a huge liability factor. Should your frame fail while driving after they failed it, I'm sure they could be liable.

If you read the first post of that thread it explains that it is just that. He is buying them in bulk from Tepui and then selling them to whoever signs up.

If the warranty is not transferable then Tepui has no obligation to warranty any of the tents that are bought in the GB.

Which is why I said I hope nothing rips because then there isn't a warranty on it. That is what drove me away and the fact that I don't want to spend money I don't have :anonymous:

I always do that stitching when I crack plastics on the dirt bikes. Haha. Works pretty damn good!

After numerous calls around I have come to the conclusion it is impossible to find a tacoma in a junkyard around here
