Aww dakota, man that sucks. someone needs a hug. that seriously sucks. the good news, you know how to fix it, you know what needs to be done. you're not stuck endlessly chasing things around. get it done and then you wont have to worry about it anymore.

Edit: it probably happened because you haven't removed your sway bar yet.

    UPDATEEEEEEE

Spent all day today working on the truck! It runs again and like a dream!! No more clutch chatter! So smooth, so perfect! No shaking at idle either! It must've been the flywheel. I'm so happy!

I also removed the overload out of my 63s and painted them.

All the skids are finally back on

    AND FINALLY
Last but definitely not least I removed my sway bar!! Yay!! Quite honestly I barely notice it haha...

    Upiddy up date

The front spring hangers are welded in and I just got the rear shackle spring perches tacked in. We will see if i got the ride height and shackle angle right... Probably not though. This has been a real pain in the ass to get everything measured and lined up perfect. I'm gonna do my best to make a write up. I'm tired of welding, grinding, and sanding on my back lol.

Tomorrow we will weld up the shock relocation, install bumpstops, and install the snorkel. I will then need to get some limit straps on order and find out if I need to fine tune my bumpstops. Moab is right around the corner :goingcrazy:

Ok boys, I need to update this. I'm basically done... I finished up Sunday night about 11:00. 3 14 hour days in a row under the truck - not fun. The droop is awesome though! I have so many pictures to post if I can ever find time to sit down at a computer  all that's left is for me to extend my bumpstops and Put on some limit straps. I also ordered a hi lift jack mount that I'm going to weld on my tire carrier and an OME carrier bearing drop cuz I have some vibes. I'm wondering if I should get my tires re-balanced and an allignment. Might wait till after moab though.

    Oh and also,
SNORKEL :D it's my favorite

I'll be making a Chevy 63 swap write up here soon... Just give me some time.

Food for thought though, do you really want to be driving down to moab with your tires out of balance? or your alignment out? I mean sure it'd be smart to do it after, but if you do it before as well, and find your vibes are gone, then you can drive down there with the peace of mind all is well. Then on the drive back if things are shakey, then you know what damage occurred, occurred at moab? am i making any sense or just blowing smoke... Best of luck either way!

Photo Dump Time! Chevy 63s baby! The first pics with the front tire off the ground have 1.5 of shock travel left but I stopped there to measure for bumps and limit straps. Those will be here any day now so I can get everything buttoned up. The pictures with the rear tire off the ground have more like 4" of shock travel left but the front was on its bumpstop. Purdy awesome stuff. I'm starting to play with the big boys now.
