In San Jose, Troy Hoffer at Superior 4 wheel drive. He did mine. Tiny shop - operates out of his house. http://www.superior4wheeldrive.com/

In Fremont, George at SWAT customs can probably do it: http://swatcustoms.com/

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
No we are not we have more work then we can handle and installs just take us away from higher paying jobs. as well as the insurance for installations is outrageous so it's not worth it to me to continue installing on trucks. Manufacturing/Job shop is what we are now.

So you'll continue to make truck parts but no installs?

Cab mount chops are easy to do. Just find someone that has a welder and an angle grinder. I did my own it wasnt bad. I'm not the best welder and have been teaching myself. It came out pretty good.

Haha I go up once a month. My grandma lives there for 50 years and my mom grew up there. Is like my second home. Nothing better.

Awesome. I'm down for a trip later this year if you feel like leading the way. Doesn't need to be extreme 4x4. Just cool place to take the kids and camp and whatnot.

i typically just go explore hidden lakes and logging roads and find places to screw around. I have the house there but camping is close and good camp sites.

^sounds fun. There's some cool country up that way, Lassen, Pitt River, Fall River Mills, Beiber. Goose lake? Haven't done much wheeling per sè but I have fought a ton of fire up that way.
