    I only have the boots right now (which just need etheric), i broke all the old stuff down. So i have crota chest/arms that are leveled, just need radiant shards which are a bitch to ever get. Idk which would be easier at this point

    I refuse to level up my Crota Armor. I fucking hate the looks of it. Finally got the DO shaders. I refuse to wear that fucking glowing green shit.

    The only good thing to come out of Crota was the Black Hammer and the Fang. I've no reason to ever go back. I've still got over 100 shards each in my vault and I don't know why?

    Finally got a key out of a wolf chest last night, and finished the new story - so I have two now. POE tonight...
    Did nightfall last night and almost lost my mind when I saw two exotic rocket launcher icons on the screen - unfortunately for me I got another truth, but a friend got gally.

    So how do you get access to the POE? I have a key, finished the story, but I don't have access yet. now that I think about it, I haven't done the new strike (outside of the NF)... could that be it?

    The story mode includes doing the new strike, so if you haven't done that other than NF, you haven't finished the story yet.
    I think there is a mission or two after the strike to finish the story.

    Keep checking your bounty inventory - I had a few times where I was looking around to pickup the next part of the story and then found that they had snuck it into my list already without me noticing.

    I having gotten the armor core yet that I thought came from finishing the story. Haven't done POE yet, so does that first armor core come from your first POE?

    Ahh ok cool...

    yeah I noticed them sneaking in too... I think my problem was I "looked" at the moon where the strike is, then decided to nock out the NF, and then forgot about the strike due to the ! not being on the Moon any more...

    armor cores/weapon cores are lvl 32+, IIRC

    Thanks, I saw them in the rewards for the non-matchmaking POEs. For some reason I thought that the first one was automatic and free. I guess its just that so many people have done the 32 already that everyone is running around with those gauntlets. I should get to the 32 POE tonight - although I might save the core as I have an excess of Strength stat equip right now.

    Yeah.
    Hmm, the game said I had access to PoE once I finished all the story missions -- I didn't have to do the strike to get access. Maybe you have to visit the right people in The Reef? I didn't actually do PoE until I had finished the strike on regular and NF, though.

    PoE is a lot of hectic fun. Not really that hard, but we'll see what it's like at level 32. I did get a new chest piece, so now I don't have to wear that awful Crota one. Makes my warlock look like a bad Dracula.

    PoE was a lot of fun. I don't know if it's worth burning through my keys though. I ran it twice more last night and got 2 legendary's. Gotta bump up the level now and see how we do.

    supposedly the first fun on each character in the lvl 28 if you use the key is a higher chance at an exotic.

    the lvl 35 chest will give a chance at exotic and a quaranteed ship/emblem/shader as far as i can tell.
