    This workout is brutal... it's straight out of a Pre-BUDS workout book written by a retired SEAL. You go all the way up AND back down for a total of 20 sets. If you complete it, you've done a total of 110 pullups, 220 dips, 220 pushups, and 330 situps. This workout is not for the faint of heart. Lol I can't complete it anymore but I'm working my way back up. My buddy and I used to do this workout once a week while we were on deployment.

    Good luck! It definitely takes a few tries before you can make it thru... Especially the dips and pullups is where I struggled the most.

    Is this for TIME :p

    My fav high conditioning work out is
    10 sets of 10 rep back to back BENCH, SQUAT, PULLUP or DL
    first 5 sets 30 second break between the back to back bench, squat n pulp
    6-10 set 1 min break. Do it,lets see who does not puke by set 7.
    the 10x10 is based on 65-70% ur 1rm
