I still like the idea of smoke trailer. Only because portable party. I'm going to rent one and see how I like it. Luckily there's a place not too far from where I live that rents them.

 

I use it to cook 90% off the food. Only thing that gets cooked inside is fried eggs.

Although, we sell them but don't rent them out, I've got one here at work that we use when it slows down in the winter.

 

So.... 40% discount for a TW member?

 

The one we cook on at work is a few years old, can probably get you a good deal on it if interested

 

The markup on new models is ridiculous low
